Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Management

Malaysian government is offering a three-year diploma in "Hotel Management" which was previously available to only Malaysian students but now open to international students as well. 

The cost of the first year study, including accommodation is only MR 11500. Student with 10 or 12 years of education (intermediate) may be eligible for admissions.
During the course, the students will be placed in 4 stars & 5 stars hotels for internship where they can a handsome amount as an internee while getting practical training. This program creates to enhance their skills in the area of food & beverage and hotel management where they shall be placed at any Fine-Dine restaurant, Bistros, Cafes and any 5 star hotels in Malaysia. This is an approved program under the Malaysian Ministry of Human Resources. You may be eligible for full time job in Malaysia, after completing this diploma.

Programme Details:

The hospitality industry consists of land category of fields within the service industry that includes lodging, restaurants,  event planning, theme parks, transportation, cruise line  and additional fields within the tourism industry. A hospitality unit such as a restaurant, hotel, or even an amusement park  consists  of  multiple  groups  such  as  facility  maintenance,  direct  operations, housekeepers,  porters, chiefs,  kitchen  workers,  bartenders, etc.),  management,  marketing,  and  human resources.This program aims to provide graduate by giving effectively  the in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry. The  program  teaches  concepts,  principles,  procedures  and  vocabulary  essential  for success in this industry. Lessons are focused on three main operating areas of hotel management which are front office, restaurant and housekeeping as well as tour management.

Admission Requirements:



• You should be betwen 18 - 30 years of the age

• Minimum required qualification is intermediate or HSSC or equal qualification
